Injury Law Group is pleased to have as part of its team Dr. Daniel Tomé who practises Occupational and Emergency medicine. A licensed physician in the Province of Ontario, State of Michigan and the State of Ohio, Dr. Tomé brings a depth and breadth of knowledge to the personal needs of clients in the immediate aftermath as well long-term recovery in catastrophic injuries.
Lisa obtained her 2016 Accident Benefits Designation from the Ontario College of Law, and her legal assistant diploma in 1990. She is a valuable team member working efficiently and effectively with the right balance of interpersonal skills and legal knowledge. Lisa has well developed skills in civil litigation, condominium and housing law, human rights and advocacy. Prior to joining Andrea Thielk, Lisa worked for 13 years in insurance defence and litigation where she built on her exceptional client and organizational skills. Lisa’s passion for the law, attention to detail and proactive manner assists clients to achieve their best results.
Cathy has worked in the areas of condominium, corporate, litigation and family law since 1993, providing the highest of service to clients. In 2008, Cathy complemented her legal career with a Bachelor of Education degree from the University of Windsor. Since then, Cathy has worked with college students who are in career transitions. Not only does Cathy bring solid legal knowledge to her position as a consultant in this law firm, she also provides insight and support for clients who need to retrain because of an injury. Cathy’s expertise in current and future job markets and trends, as well as the educational programmes available to support retraining from an injury, helps our clients to transition into new and flourishing careers.
Nicole is a graduate of the Bachelor of Science in Nursing (Hons BScN) program at the University of Windsor. She has worked part-time as an office assistant for Andrea Thielk since 2011. In addition to achieving the President's and Dean's Honour Rolls, being the recipient of the 2015, 2016 and 2018 Board of Governor's In-Course Medals in her nursing program, working as a peer mentor at the University, and working as an office assistant, Nicole has also accomplished a wide range of volunteer experience. She is a hard working and caring individual who has a passion for helping others.
Ram obtained his Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from the University of Western Ontario and his Master of Arts in Economics, concentrating on Econometrics, Health, and Microeconomics from the University of Windsor.
