Andrea Thielk, B.A., LL.B., J.D.

Principal Lawyer

Andrea’s law practice is devoted to serving the legal, physical and psychological needs of individuals and their families who have suffered losses due to a personal injury or the fatality of a loved one.  Her focus is you and your maximum recovery, both financially and personally.

Andrea serves a wide range of clients in our community.

Andrea’s Achievements

Andrea’s dedication to providing the highest level of excellence in legal representation for her clients led her to be awarded with a fellowship designation (FCCI) in 2008.  This fellowship recognizes professionals whose contributions exemplify the highest standard of conduct in her or his field – law.  The University of Windsor and Canterbury College, Windsor, Ontario, seek Andrea’s professional skills and knowledge and often invite her as a guest lecturer to teach their students.  Andrea has also been sought by The Law Society of Upper Canada to prepare colleagues for their admission to the Bar.

However, Andrea considers her principal achievement to be what she accomplishes for her clients.  Andrea vigorously protects and seeks maximum compensation for each and every service and benefit to which her clients are entitled.

Clients – Who are you?

Clients who retain Andrea have as much diversity in their background as are in their needs: grandmothers and grandfathers, mothers and fathers, children, skilled trade workers, contractors, maintenance supervisors, homemakers, professionals, teachers, managers, lawyers and physicians, to name only a few.

Although diverse, each of her clients and their families share an unfortunate common bond – loss – that only a team of highly-skilled professionals can resolve.  No matter what your background is, Andrea and her team of dedicated professionals will make you feel comfortable from the moment you walk into her office and provide you with peace of mind in your time of loss.

Why Andrea?

Andrea understands first-hand the effects of a personal injury, not only on the individual and his or her lifestyle, but also on his or her loved ones.  When Andrea’s Father was 11 years old, he was struck by a car and his injuries resulted in a permanent disability that impacted him and his family for a lifetime.  Therefore, Andrea’s commitment to you and your loved ones does not just begin and end with your legal case; Andrea strives to ensure that proper support mechanisms are in place for a lifetime.

Since her Admission to the Bar in 1995, Andrea has developed her law practice in conjunction with a team of respected professionals who share her focus and dedication to excellence within their respective fields to maximize a client’s financial and personal recovery.  Members of this team include physicians, paediatricians, nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech and language pathologists, massage therapists, psychologists, marriage and family counsellors, social workers, accountants, financial planners, business valuators, insurance specialists, actuaries, and employment specialists for injured persons.

As part of Andrea’s main office team, Andrea has on-staff professionals available to answer your questions about your loss and recovery.

Dr. Daniel W. Tomé, is a Board certified physician in emergency room and occupational medicine, and Dr. Tomé will assist in your case evaluation and recovery stages of your claim.
